Terms of Service

Effective August 18, 2026.

Who you are dealing with. This site is the direct-booking site for this property. Your booking is a contract between you and the property's host. The site itself is built and operated on the host's behalf by Rouge Media Productions (Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada) on its HEARTH platform.

Your booking. A booking exists once your dates are confirmed and payment is authorized. At checkout you sign a rental agreement for your specific stay — that agreement, together with the house rules and cancellation policy, governs the stay. Your card is authorized at checkout and captured only once the booking is confirmed.

Payments. Payments are processed by Stripe and go directly to the host's own Stripe account. No platform service fee is added to your total.

Deposits and damage. Where a security deposit or saved card is required, its amount and terms are shown before you pay. Charges for damage beyond normal wear and tear follow the process in your rental agreement, and you are notified before any charge is made.

Cancellations. Refunds follow the cancellation policy. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm.

Conduct. The house rules apply to every stay. The host may decline or cancel a booking that violates them, in which case refunds follow the cancellation policy and applicable law.

Liability. Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of anyone they invite onto the property. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the host's total liability for a stay does not exceed the amount paid for that stay. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario.
